Terms: Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. We require a credit card on file. Credit card will be auto-charged after each service. No pre-payment required. Re-scheduling of services must be made prior to the day of service. First (12) months of services are required. After one year, you can cancel your membership at any time. Membership will auto renew until membership is canceled. Membership must be canceled in writing (email is excepted).
